Luton Airport Main Terminal Facilities

Main Terminal - Check In
Bureau de Change	There are two Bureaux de Change in the Check In Concourse. An International Currency Exchange (open 24 hours) and a Travelex (open 4.30 – 21.00).
Cash Dispensers	On the right of the check-in counters, next to the International Currency Exchange.
Food and Drink	There is Food Village, Burger King with plenty of seating and Bar Des Voyageurs is in the Check-in area.
Pay Phones	There are public telephones, some that are web enabled located throughout the check in area. There is a special assistance phone on the right as you enter terminal.
Internet	Several of the pay phones are web enabled.
Shopping	Shops include Cotton Traders, World News, Impulse, Gamegrid and Tie Rack. Plus many more on level 1 of the terminal.
Toilets	There are two toilet facilities in this area, both with disabled and baby changing facilities.
Information	There are 3 information points located throughout the Check-in area.
Postal Services	There is a mail box on the right as you enter airport
Entertainment	Games Grid can be found opposite Cotton Traders.
Oversize Baggage	Located at the far end of the terminal close to the check in desks
Left Luggage	There is a 24 hours Left Luggage Storage facility situated next to Outsize Buggage in the check-in hall. Prices are £4 per 24 hours per item.
Meeting Point	Situated opposite Bewleys Coffee Shop and to the right of the Departures concourse entrance

Main Terminal - Departures
Bureau de Change	There is a Travelex outlets opposite WH Smith in the Departures area after security and a Currency Exchange located before security.
Cash Dispensers	Located before security next to the Currency Exchange outlet.
Food and Drink	A good choice of food and drink outlets including Starbucks, Pret a Manger, Est bar and restaurant, Juice and Begal Store and The Real Food Company.
Information	Three located before security.
Internet Access	Wireless internet services are available after security in the Departures concourse. A number of payphones are also web enabled.
Pay Phones	There are several pay phones located throughout the departures area, some web enabled.
Postal Services	A mail box is located near to WH Smiths.
Shopping	A wide selection of shops are available, including newsagents, health and beauty, electrical, gifts, books and accessories.
Smoking Area	Located in the Est Bar and near Gate 1 after security.
Toilets	There are two toilet facilities both with baby changing and disabled facilities.
Place of Worship	The Chapel is located in the building opposite the terminal entrance. It is open to all faiths from 0500-2300hrs each day.
Entertainment	There are 3 GamesGrids in the departure area, before and after security.

Main Terminal - Arrivals Lounge
Communication	Fax, telephone, internet and e-mail facilities available.
Food and Drink	Costa Coffee café.
Entertainment	A Gamesgrid located near Costa Coffee in the Arrivals concourse.
Left Luggage	Located next to the escalators.
Car Hire Companies	There are car hire companies including Europcar and National Alamo located in the Arrivals concourse.
Onward Travel Services	Kiosk selling train and bus tickets located in the Arrivals area.
Taxis	Taxi stand outside main entrance/exit.
Hotel Services	Kiosks providing information and services about nearby hotels. Please check Airport Hotel Shop.
Shopping	A few shops available including World News and Marks and Spencer Simply Food.
Toilets	Toilets including disabled and baby changing facilities are available in the Arrivals area.
